We quickly received the product for use on my husband and so far it has been very easy to use. Using it once a week has made using this type of product much easier to keep a routine. The applicator works great. We have started to notice some improvements on the crown of his head and are excited to see results after using it for more than 6 months.

Item was received quickly and is easy to use. My husband has been using it weekly and it is very easy to apply. It has been a part of his weekly routine and I help apply it so that we are not wasting product in his hard to reach parts of his scalp. Make sure that the pen turns clockwise on first use to release the mechanism. So far so good.

Applicator leaks and by the 3rd use it looks already empty. The fact that that happens and they increased their price makes it really hard to justify continuing use.

The pen/applicator is a flawed design. Dosage is subjective...and breaks. Not trying again until they improve the delivery method.
