I’ve been really happy with this creatine! It mixes well without leaving a gritty texture, and the flavor is pleasant without being overly sweet. I’ve noticed improved strength during my workouts and better muscle recovery afterward. I also appreciate that it includes BCAAs, making it a convenient all-in-one supplement. I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or bloating. Overall, it’s a great quality product that I would definitely purchase again.

I normally can't find a supplement powder that is any kind that tastes great - you just have to adjust to the taste if you find it works. But this is delicious! I drink it first thing in the morning over ice and look forward to it. I don't even think about my formerly "usual coffee", which is what got me out of bed and downstairs every morning anymore. This is so good, refreshing, and gentle on your stomach. I do feel energized and hoping my next blood tests show and improvement and it helps me regain some lost muscle. Easily mixes in water and just a spoon before adding ice. Love this!

My 2nd purchase. Waited to leave a review until results after using the my 1st order. I don’t work out often but this product has helped improve my health. I’m anemic and regularly test low for Vitamin D. My most recent lab work improved. Only downside is that the creatine came out too high on labs so I had to adjust the amount I took. I am unable to take 1 full scoop. However, I feel more energized throughout the day and am able to focus better on my tasks. In addition, I’m also not losing much of my hair as I had been previously. It also taste very good. Great product and I will continue purchasing it.

I loved this product, I did see a difference! About to order my second one. I just dont love the flavor, wish they had new ones. I dont pour mine in a full cup of water I just use half and down it and then drink a bottle after.

I purchased this once and I noticed an immediate difference of strength during my workouts. I teach body pump and take Solidcore and felt stronger in both. Initially I took it before my workouts and noticed bloating but still strong. All I drink is water, so drinking more isn’t going to make a difference. When I switched up and took it after my workouts I wasn’t as sore after drinking 5gms but I was bloated again. The taste is ok. It leaves an after taste in my mouth. I’ve tried in water and then in fruit punch. It actually tasted better in water because of how sweet it tastes. It does dissolve well. So because I was a newbie in taking creatine, I thought my body needed a chance to get used to this supplement so I bought another canister. The second canister just sits. The bloating got worse unfortunately. I’m now using the VMI brand of creatinine and I haven’t experienced any bloating. I’m now taking 10gm and still no bloating. Every product works differently for everyone, you just have to find the right one that supports your needs. Stay strong!

Taste good. I didn't get any side effects. It smells sweet. It mixes into water very easy no issues. The texture is soft and dissolves well. I really liked this product but it's a little bit pricey.
