Its much smaller and only covers half a back, but it does have 3 sets.This unit has one set of rotating balls that move up and down. I must say the range is very good. From my lower neck to my very lower back. Its hard to get even pressure when it travels up and down. You do learn to move on and off it a bit as it follows the curve of your back.
