An outstanding piece of equipment

This is an outstanding pc of eqpt. A lot of reviews here say there is no wedge that comes with the mouse. I want to lay that issue to rest. The design seems to have improved and mouse comes with a metal plate which does the same job and allows usage of the mouse at two angles as expected. I am attaching two photos so that people can see. They have been taken with mouse titled outwards so show the plate. It does not require a mouse pad as shown in the photo it just happens to be kept on top of one. The plate with silver edge is visible in both the pictures.

Opened-Box Defective Item

The seller sent me an opened-box item. It was defective and did not even switch on after half an hour's charge. How can you cheat consumers after charging so much money? Is this how you do business? Plus the description images posted on Amazon is incorrect. You have posted images of MX Ergo S Plus, and you are selling Ergo S. Really disappointed..
