Was it made from homogenized milk?

What an interesting question. There is the age-old adage that convection alone will homogenize. If one took the time to ponder the process then the answer is hidden in the details. Milk=Fat+Water; Evaporation will reduce the amount of water but also swirl all those little fat particulars up just like mom did to dad. So the answer may not be whether or not homogeneity happened on the front end or the back end, but that it was gonna get homogenized no-matter-what. Like my old friend, L-inzee, used to say, “My momma used to always say— If you don’t get it in the wash, you’ll get it in the spin!”
