It sets nicely on your skin and I think it helps "set" my make-up for a longer wear throughout the day. It doesn't clog my pores or make my skin dry out. it works great with my charolette tilbury foundation, i have combination skin and this makes me dewy with some grip for a perfect base for my makeup! has a scent similar to aloe vera, very subtle!

This primer feels very light and absorbs really well into the skin. I've been using it for several days now and I love it. It works really well with makeup and contains niacinamide, which has helped me a lot with controlling excess oil on my skin. I highly recommend it.

Why does this stuff have a grip my makeup stays on at least 24 hours and if I don't take a shower at night it stays on until morning at least my Foundation does it's pretty sticky at first but it dries real fast you can feel the grip you definitely can feel the grip on this Maybelline grippy serum Prime I mix it with my Foundation cuz I found out that it works better that way and doesn't crease in your fine lines like most foundations even if you have a fallible Foundation you have to have a good primer is the way it goes and this is budget-friendly and smells doesn't really have a smell and the feeling is more like a serum to a little bit of sticky grip and then dries fast

It actually works SO well but it broke me out The worst part is I NEVER get pimples, so strange and sad LOL

Ok let's start off with the fact that I'm almost 40, and have what is considered "mature skin". I've tried countless "high-end" primers, and I like this the best. It doesn't leave my skin feeling oily, like a lot of primers do, and my makeup stays in place from 7am until at least midnight, without moving at all. I'm almost convinced that I could sleep in this and wake up looking exactly the same. The makeup I use on top of it doesn't cake or crease, and my skin looks beautiful. I'm pretty pale (almost Casper-like), so any texture on my skin shows up like crazy, and now I dont have to worry about that with this primer under my makeup. My teenage daughter keeps trying to steal it from my vanity, so I guess I'd better get her one, too. Anyway, I love this primer and highly recommend it!

Love this! It’s very sticky which I like for a primer. I have hormonal acne so I wear a lot of concealer on my chin/jawline and down to my neck and it usually lasts all day with this primer.
