Honestly, I was surprised by how much I liked this primer. It goes on super lightweight and feels like a serum at first, then gets slightly tacky which really helps my makeup stay put….and doesn’t pill under my makeup. The hydration is noticeable…my skin looks smoother and a bit more plump, probably from the niacinamide. It can feel a little sticky if you use too much, but overall it gives a nice glowy base and helps foundation last longer without drying me out. It’s non-comedogenic, which I love, cause I have very sensitive skin. Affordable! Highly recommend!

I notice a big difference if I don't use this under my makeup. I would compare this to the milk makeup one and the elf one. They are all meant to do the same thing- provide a "grippy" texture so makeup doesn't budge. You can really feel it working. After the primer is applied, there is kind of a tacky feel if you touch it.

Mature, combination skin rejoice. I have tried so many high end primers and this is now my go to. It’s very hydrating and doesn’t make my skin flakey or dry. My makeup is not waterproof, especially with the Texas heat but this primer holds up. I have crows feet and laugh lines along with creases under my eyes and this helps smooth some of the rough areas when I apply my makeup. I’m using Haus Labs foundation with Laura Mercier translucent setting powder. One bottle has lasted me over 6 months but I do work from home so I’m not using it too often. A little goes a long way. I just hope this stays around bc I can’t find it in stores.

Ok let's start off with the fact that I'm almost 40, and have what is considered "mature skin". I've tried countless "high-end" primers, and I like this the best. It doesn't leave my skin feeling oily, like a lot of primers do, and my makeup stays in place from 7am until at least midnight, without moving at all. I'm almost convinced that I could sleep in this and wake up looking exactly the same. The makeup I use on top of it doesn't cake or crease, and my skin looks beautiful. I'm pretty pale (almost Casper-like), so any texture on my skin shows up like crazy, and now I dont have to worry about that with this primer under my makeup. My teenage daughter keeps trying to steal it from my vanity, so I guess I'd better get her one, too. Anyway, I love this primer and highly recommend it!
