you have to put it together
this is the worse product i have ever bought, you have to put a million pieces together and the directions are terribly small and unable to read! we are up to the chain guard and the screws don’t line up with the holes!!

Parts don't align well.
The chain guard was off and we had to drill new holes for placement. Took quite awhile to get the gears to move smoothly to all 7 gears. The overall frame is twisted and so "steers" to the left. We are trying to figure out how to offset the wheel in question b/c there is no way we want to have to dismantle it and try to send it back. (My husband is quite mechanical and has worked on several bikes, adult tricycles and motorcycles over the years) Otherwise - my dad seems to enjoy it. Would maybe see if there is someone you can have assemble it in a bike shop for you.
