I have insomnia and very vivid, almost nightly, nightmares. So sleep is very hit or miss for me most nights. My body works really well with adaptogens and so i decided to take one capsule every PM along with my magnesium and RX sleep meds. Since starting it, im sleeping peacefully, sleeping in past 3 am for the first time in a decade, and haven't had a nightmare. Take my advice- this stuff works!

This supplement has done wonders for my teenage daughter’s “social anxiety” that she has struggled with for many years. She takes 1-2 capsules just on days where she has a social event (so probably 3-4 times a week) & says she has never felt calmer. It does not make her tired or groggy at all. But she also takes a vitamin B complex.

I have autoimmune flares when my body gets sore for no reason and I much prefer to take this then an OTC medicine. It takes the anxiety edge off too from being in pain, but doesn't make me drowsy

I feel great. I suffer from severe nervous system dysregulation and this really helps calm me. Great! Integrative therapeutics so far is a great brand. I also have their B complex and I love it. I have purchased multiple times to be complex. This is a first time purchase for the L theanine , but I already have great results.

I do not take all of a new supplement if there is any way to reduce the dosage, especially if ppl are reporting any adverse side effects. I’ve been emptying at least half of the capsule out before taking right before bed. It’s definitely helping me sleep through the night so that has been great but I have also noticed a tiny bit of nausea as well as a groggy feeling in the morning. Trying to decide if I’m going to keep taking Tri Magnesium or not. And hoping I’ll be able to take the whole capsule eventually. It’s definitely strong!
