What exactly does elemental mean...what is the difference from this product and the nonelemental?

I don't see "elemental" on the package anywhere. Since manganese is an element (Mn 25), I'm pretty sure that this is one of Amazon's many product title/descriptions that aren't based on the products' packaging.

Previously I purchased 2 of this and they were 15 mg, why the change to 10 mg? Less is better?

I dont know why the change. My dosage is 5 mg so I cut in half lasts twice as long. Perfect for me.
