Review: Sturdy and super easy to install SPD cleats - I have a stationary bike with SPD cleats, and these shoes make it a breeze to install. It comes with Delta cleats - which I think are for the Peloton - and wished it came with SPD ones too, but not going to take a star off. Did my first bike session yesterday, and shoes held up pretty well! Sole is pretty stiff, so my feet don't feel the pressure I do when using a foot pedal cage with regular shoes. And it held up well when doing steep, high resistance climbs too. I know this is used at home, but having a fiery red color kind of helps with a psychological boost - as if I'm seeing fire at my feet, if that makes sense? So consider that, when picking out colors. Great buy, take advantage of the coupon that the retailer has now, and you'll be paying less than $50 for a sturdy pair of bike shoes.

I have a stationary bike with SPD cleats, and these shoes make it a breeze to install.
