I take this and Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplements and I've seen a difference in my Anxiety and Stress! I feel more calm and my friend has also noticed a difference because I always used to message him and complain and kinda push my Anxiety on him which isn't right but I haven't been doing that as much since taking these. I don't feel the urge to complain about everything or worry about everything like I did before. It's kinda like a mix between calm and still wanting to get thing's done. I've also noticed I sleep better when taking these. I will definitely keep taking these I even ordered a second bottle to make sure I don't run out for awhile. Definitely way better than going to the Dr and having them put you on something that could possibly have serious side effects.

This has been a great addition to my daily SSRI I team Zenium up with my 20mg of Lexa pro and I found the perfect mix. I have been using Zenium for 3 years now and tried to ween myself off once, did not go well, went back on Zenium and it all evened out, so I know it works. Some days I take 2 in the morning with my ssri or if Im having a good stretch mentality, I'll take one. But I actually love this supplement.

This product has been a game changer for me! 30 mins after taking my first dose I felt calm, peaceful and focused, and the wonderful results have continued every day since. I take a dose before bed and sleep like a baby. If I have to get up at night I’m able to go right back to sleep, and there’s no fuzzy brain like after talking a gummy. In the last 5 years since experiencing anxiety, after trying various prescribed meds that didn’t help, the only things that ever worked were an alcoholic beverage or a gummy, which both negatively affected my brain. This product actually HELPS me stay focused, while feeling relaxed and calm. WHAT A GIFT!!!

Decent

I have been experiencing panic attacks in the middle of the night, due to a stressful situation now. I’ve never experienced this and it’s simply awful. I’m 💯 percent anti-meds, unless it’s a dire situation. Anyway, I take this when I feel the anxiety building up. Within an hour, I feel totally relieved. My heartbeat slows down, by breathing goes back to normal and my negative thoughts disappear. This is a god sent. 🙏. Thank you, sincerely for putting out there the most amazing product and allowing us to read about your own journey, that inspired you to develop this product.

Wasn’t for me didn’t see a change

Zenium has been amazing and very effective for me. I was on doctor prescribed anxiety medicine, but I don’t need it because of how calm Zenium makes me feel. I originally bought it to help me fall asleep, which it definitely helps with, and I would recommend using it for sleep. Zenium is more than that though, it helps me feel like I can manage my emotions, be a good mom and calm my testing anxiety. My husband takes it occasionally when he can’t sleep and he always says he sleeps really well. The product is well worth the price. I’ve bought it at least 6 times and I will keep buying it as long as they make it. The quality is always great. No issues with the seal on the bottle or the capsules. 5 star company!!

Web Page falsely identified the 120 Capsule bottle as being an option for receiving Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, GABA, Rhodiola Blend. The 120-count bottle has none of those, nor the other 5 items for the advertised Blend. Only the 60 Capsule bottle has the 9 additional Blend items.
