Did the formulation change? the nutritional label and cans look different i just got. i loved the c4 ultimate “on the go”, with the focus blend.

That’s an interesting question, I recently drank one of the “new” cans C4 ultimate and got a pounding headache. Waited a few days had one more with the same results..?? Have been using this product for a while with no issues until now.

How is the pump compared to the powder?

It is about the same. It might be a little less, but I only use half at a time. I would still use the powder but it clumps up.

Is this an energy drink (i.e. Rockstar) or a pre-workout replacement for the powder?

It's both. C4 Ultimate has 300mg of caffeine as well as 3.2g Beta Alanine which makes it a great option as a Pre-workout or an energy drink.
