While this unit didn't work for us personally, I'm giving it 5 stars for its overall functionality. It's sturdy, well built and it was easy to put together. The bathtub grip is simple to adjust and does have excellent grip when fastened to the tub- it was FAR sturdier than I was honestly expecting. This unit was purchased for a taller person (6ft+) and just didn't provide enough height to be helpful. However for a shorter person, this would be a great product.

Sturdy, easy to install, versatile. Needed a bath bar, but did not want to drill into tile creating a leak source. This can be moved and raised to fit any need. Not just great for old women, also useful for toddlers and kids negotiating slippery bath tubs. You can even mount it horizontally on a shower wall instead of a grip bar. Might get a second one just for that. I like that it does not require permanent intallation.

This product works well for me. Very sturdy. Fits.well over my curved tub lip with no wiggle. Gives me confidence getting in and out.

My dad recently moved in with my husband and I. He is 95 years old and at times a little unsteady. He says this handle grab bar allows him to get in and out of the tub more safely. He loves it! Thank you.
