I'm 5'10" 150 lbs. Hand measured closet to M.then L I should have order 1 size bigger!! Just a bit to tight in fingers. Was impressed with how bright the glow was. Going from bright room to outside at night

Velcro is a little iffy, but if you keep it clean its all good. Sized china style. So order large for med. Xlarge for large

5 star only because they came fast, the glow in the dark is bright and they are comfortable. they are durable an good grip. they are lightweight and look cool in the dark. The size was good but wish there was a XS option in this style. I am an adult with small hands and the smalls are still just a little big but great product overall.
