30% SPR Strngth Propolis Glyco, 1 FZ

I love having a bottle of Propolis in my medicine cabinet to use for all matter of minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, burns, etc. Sometimes I even put it on acne blemishes after I've lost all willpower and picked at them. It always helps the skin to heal faster and I've noticed far less scarring. We also mix it with coconut oil and put on skin rashes and poison oak and it works wonders. I've tried several different brands and so far this one is in the top two favorites plus it's slightly less expensive than others so it also has that going for it. I love that it's alcohol free but still a nice strong tincture so it doesn't burn going on but still has potent healing capabilities. I take this same brand's capsules internally instead of a tincture so I can't speak to the internal usage but the taste is mild so I'm sure it would be great internally also.

the first time i used it i had a huge flue - couldn't sleep from congestioni took it and slept like a childthen i discovered that in change of season or any immunity drop condition (long travels or sleepless nights or change of season or stressful work etc) it could be taken as a prophylactic...

I use it for my cold sores or small bruises. It works on pimples as well. I recommend using it at night time because it leaves a yellow stain on skin. I haven't taken it internally, I prefer the propolis pills instead.

THIS IS A MIRACLE WORKER. Works on everything from cuts/burns to soar throat. I take it straight up (it was a slightly bitter taste, but I prefer this to mixing it with water. My mother mixes it with honey for soar throat). Absolutely LOVE this stuff.

It must be too strong for my skin. It causes me to itch and develop red spots on my skin. I will try adding it to cream.

Good quality propolis. I use it my myself as an immune buster internally and for my son when he has a stuffy nose. I am adding three drops to a soline solution. It works great. Amazing gift from nature.

As I said before, my family and I have been taking Propolis for years and it works for us.
