A: The handle is made of a durable polymer material. Flakproof faux wood coating on the surface also allows the product to retain the aesthetic.

**Q: Why can't I insert the blade smoothly?**
A: Keep the blade straight and aligned with the handle. Press the button and gently insert the blade into the handle while maintaining a straight angle. By following these instructions, you should be able to insert the blade securely into the handle.

**Q: What's the difference between the two Blades？**
A: A wedge-shaped blade is more suitable for bread, while a straight blade is better for carving meat.

This knife came well packaged and in perfect condition. I bought it for a planned bar b que with a large brisket ect... it performed perfectly. It's a nice small size and fits in the drawer easily. The knife is sharp and gets the job done nicely. The cuts are clean and precise. The knife is easy to handle and comfortable in your hand. It could easily be a great bread knife.
