This is a high-quality and very expensive looking mat. I have my keyboard and trackpad placed on it, on a glass top desk and it does not move. It’s thick and provides ample support for my wrists, especially along the edge where it can get rather painful overtime. It lays perfectly flat and required no manipulation out of the box.

Executive desk pads are getting rarer and more expensive. This one stacks up nicely. It is well-finished and comparable to some bonded leather Dacossa pads - and that says a lot. Precise stitching and clean edge. Has the softened sheen of polished leather, and "bends" much like leather, but is not leather. The softness is just right for ballpoint and fountain pen writing. Good as a laptop pad too. Has not slipped around, nor stuck to my sensitive lacquered wooden desk either. Seems colorfast. What I really appreciate is that there is ZERO odor, and that it was shipped FLAT. That way, it laid perfectly flat on my desk from the moment I opened the package. The logo is unobtrusive and cleanly embossed instead of stamped on, situated at the bottom right corner corner. You could also reverse the pad and have no logo at all, as the finish is the same. Very happy with it so far. Would make a nice gift. Hope it holds up well.

The sleek vegan leather feels comfortable to the touch. Plus, it also looks clean and minimalistic. I just wish they made them bigger, though. It just feels a little too small for my keyboard and mouse combination. You barely have any space for mouse movement. It feels cramped. It also doesn't come with adhesive backing. So it slides across the table unless you clamp it in place with your monitor's legs. It would be nice if they added rubber, a sticker, or something that'll keep the mat in place.

Great quality and color. It ended up being too large for my desk, but I kept it anyway. Be sure to measure before purchasing.

This is a premium desk mat, great quality on both sides and thick enough. Size is perfect, not too big and not too small.

My keyboard takes up almost half of mat. There is no way to use ergonomic keyboards and mice with this mat. I either have to place my keyboard half off the mat, which completely changes the angle, or place my wrists at the very bottom of the mat to type normally. Also, as mentioned, it slides all over. It is supposed to provide me relief to my hands, wrists, forearms, etc... from the surface of the desk but I find the the stitching around the edge of the mat very irritating. Because I have to keep my hands so low on the mat my watch band keeps getting caught on the edge of the mat. Rather than offer a separate mouse pad, at $10.00, just make a bigger mat, preferably without the stitching. I gave it three stars because it does seem nice and well made and it appears to work great for most users. But mainly, I gave it three stars because Satechi is usually spot on with their products. I have been incredibly happy with all of the products I have gotten and used from Satechi. This product seems well executed but poorly designed. It's cool it works for most users. This one just is not for me in its current incarnation.

Was looking for a mat for my keyboard. This mat def. serves its purpose. Packaging was a bit excessive but it shows they care about the item. Has a very nice luxury feel because of how they protect it. The mat is a perfect size for my keyboard as show in my picture. It is sleek looking, doesn't slip and soft on the elbows.
