Keeps me calm from my anxieties. Works ok.

First remedy that actually rests my brain and results in great sleep after 30 years of not so great sleep.

I believe that I may have elevated cortisol levels, especially during allergy season and the heat of summer, that causes extreme reactions that leave me itching and hurting. I’ve been trying this to see if it helps. So far, I believe the results are good and the price isn’t bad, especially for the Suntheanine version of l-theanine. I do sometimes feel a bit tired, but some coffee seems to do the trick. I’m satisfied with this Swanson product.

This is amazing for better sleep quality especially when paired with Magnesium glycinate. I highly recommend this brand. The Suntheanine seems to absorb better than regular L-theanine.

Not as good as other brands I've Tried. I Used Country life L-theanine with b-complex added. Worked very well. Switched to this one on a recommendation. No go for me. Country life is way better IMO.

This doesn’t help me. Twice took and felt miserable ☹️. Suntheanine is the culprit for my adverse reaction. No help for calming therefore I will stay with just the L-THEAN Only! Trashed the bottle!
