Works better - costs less
We use this remote to enable us to change numbered channels (on an old cable provider channels that is now under a streaming app). It works just as well - actually better- as the old cable company provided remote for their streaming app. Plus the cost is less than the cable company’s remote.

Poor response... extremely sensitive..
replaced one 3 years old that came with TV. This one worked fine for 2 months, now not so much. I am going to buy a new TV, easier than fiddling with remotes. No more Visio TVs, after numerous Visios , they used to be great, now who knows!

Disappointed
The remote is an exact replica of the original except this one quit working just after the return window.😠 The center button that allows you to go left, right, up & down sticks. It is very frustrating. Hope to find a better one that will work with our Vizio

Good Value Item
Well, it’s not exactly as the remote that originally came with my Vizio but this remote worked immediately after I put batteries in it. I’m surprised I didn’t have to pair it with the tv…. I’m thinking my original remote is somewhere nearby. Anyway this item is a good buy, no hidden damages in-transit. Good hot keys

Sticky liquid spilled inside?
Half of the buttons are extremely stiff as if some liquid was spilled inside.
