3 Pairs Thick Flip-Flop Big Toe Socks Crew Mid Calf or Ankle Size: Women 9-12 Men 8-11

I am changing my original review which said these socks are too tight. They are a bit like compression socks on the first wear, but after a washing or two they feel great. These are very high quality, sturdy socks. The toe socks I bought previously were more like cheaply made ankle socks. These go further up the leg and stay up and are warm for the winter and long-lasting. I would definitely buy again and will never be without flip flop socks again.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these socks, they feel thick and sturdy and have extra padding on the soles. I recommend sizing up as I am a W7 and the W9-12 size fit me perfectly. No logo on the ankles either which I like.

This is the second time I bought this..fist great and I am using it with ankle braces also.

I can only compare these to one other brand of tabi socks which weren't purchased from Amazon. Those were all cotton and ankle height. They of course shrunk somewhat and the fit just wasn't as good afterwards. I also, even though it's the Japanese tradition, didn't care for the anklet type of sock either. I'm a human popsicle and a longer length is more to my preference. The fact that these weren't all cotton AND were a crew length sock enticed me to give Japanese style socks another try which I liked to wear with my flip flops and bedroom thongs on cool spring and summer days and nights. These turned out to be well made with just the right amount of cotton and stretch without them leaving constricting bands around my legs. They are thin though not sheer and soft and fit my foot well. I wear a size 7 1/2 and take a AA width and a AAA heel in a well fitting shoe. A size that once upon a time, you could actually find in finer department stores but have now been swapped out for standard B widths. (One size does not fit all. Who dreamed up this clothing insanity anyway??) The only thing I wasn't expecting was the "V" logo on the side of each sock. I can see it now as I'm writing this review but I didn't see it at the time I was ordering so that's my mistake. Nevertheless, though I would have preferred not to have this logo, the quality and fit is such that I plan on keeping them anyway. If these three pair launder well I plan on ordering three more pair come summer as they are really comfortable and appear to be well made.

I was looking for a V toe sock that is mostly cotton for comfort and stretchy for support and it had to be a crew style. When I opened the package, I was impressed by the way each pair of socks was packaged. Very giftable. Most of the V toe socks I saw on Amazon were too small a size for me. These were the only ( crew style option) in size 11, so I bought them. And I am impressed. Very comfortable, plenty of support and keep my feet warm when wearing sandals. These socks are a great complement to my Spenco sandals. I have foot problem from an old injury and sometimes wear ankle support. The support fits comfortably under this sock. 👍👍👍

The look and feel of these socks is very nice. The fabric seems like It will wear a reasonably long time. I really like V-toe design, which makes it very fast to slip the boots off at the end of the day and slip the flip-flops on. However ... Because I have size 12 wide feet (USA measurements) I expected these to be too tight, and I was not disappointed. While I could wear them as dress socks for a few hours, they are too tight - for me - for all day use. This problem is not particular to these socks or this manufacturer - almost everyone makes them on the "too tight" side for my size feet. Again, this is how they feel on ME. they are likely to feel different on YOU, add all feet are different.

Socks are a good mid weight item, of a good medium fit/size. as this two toe split style is comfortable, and wash/dry normal. But you will have to get used to putting/taking them off/on? (and not just for flip flop/sandles, but for any type shoe/boot). but more a three season, as their Not as "thick" as described??

good quality socks for tabi shoes, other brands are just normal fabric these are like real socks
