When I wash, comb, or brush my hair now, only a very small, normal amount comes out-certainly not enough to cause panic. Alongside this product, I did begin paying closer attention to my overall hair care. I switched to a biotin shampoo and conditioner, which my hair absolutely loves. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely recommend giving it a try, but I also encourage you to support it with a healthy hair routine: a more natural shampoo and conditioner (like biotin-based ones), nightly brushing, and scalp care with rosemary and pumpkin seed oil on wash days. I’ve been using this product for several years since 2018 to be in fact. I stopped using it for a little while here and there. When I first started using this product, it was because I had to cut my hair really short. I have doing dreads. And within a few months time, my hair actually went from being above my shoulders to below my shoulders. I made it grow much faster and thicker and stronger. I stopped using it after my hair became a certain length for about a year maybe two. And then again later on down the road after I had my gastric sleeve done. Because my hair started thinning out and getting shorter. After I started using it again, and I did my hair get thicker again, but grow pretty fast. And became very long. I stand by this product 1,000,000,000%. I’ve tried other products and they did not work as well as this product does for me. Is a stated before your hair grows longer stronger and thicker. It may not be the same for everyone when it comes to the thickness and how fast it will grow but for me, I saw the results when they just a couple months. But like I’m saying, it may not grow as fast for some and is thick for some. We all have different types. But I promise you it does work and it will work. You just have to be patient and give it time one box isn’t going to make it happen overnight. So I would recommend getting a multi pack. Don’t get discouraged easily as well. I wouldn't even try any other hair growth product. My hair has been thinning with age and getting very brittle. I've tried every other product and this is the only thing that has worked. Proof in the pudding... I only see my hair dresser every 6 months and she instantly knew that my hair was thicker and stronger. I never mentioned that I was taking this product but she knew right away.

I haven’t finished the bottle yet, so I want to be honest and review this product based only on my experience so far. I have noticed some improvement in my hair growth, which is encouraging. However, I haven’t noticed a significant difference in hair shedding yet. Since the brand recommends using the product consistently for several months to see the best results, I don’t think it would be fair to judge its full effectiveness before giving it enough time. So far, my experience has been positive, but I want to finish the product and continue using it as recommended before giving my final opinion. I have been on this product starting 3 years now. Within the first 6 months I noticed less hair loss in the shower and my hair brush. I have hyperthyroidism turned hypothyroidism for 22 years. This product is only 2 - 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM! I can tell you that you will see and feel the difference. If you have thin fine hair like I do, it will take time to notice. It took me a little over a year to actually see the difference. I had to wear my hair a little shorter than normal. Now I’m letting it grow a bit longer to where I prefer. I am 69 and happy my hair is back. Is it the same as before… no. But it no longer has thin gaps and looks like I have or had thinning hair! It may never be like before. Hi 👋 I purchased this product because of the wonderful reviews and after taking 1 of the two sheets in my box, this is my honest review. I had a spot in the middle of my head where my hair broke off, was shedding I don't know 😕 I was bleaching my hair alot and coloring for about a year so maybe it caused breakage but all I know is the spot kept getting bigger so, I came to Amazon and after reading reviews for several hair growth vitamins, I decided to try these. They are no bigger than a pain killer so taking them is easy enough, no smell or after taste so I started with 1 tablet a day, usually after dinner. I was not consistent so after the 2nd week I decided to buckle down and take the 2 pills as directed. My patch in the middle of my head is not pre balding anymore, my hair has grown into the spot. Not all the way YET, but I know it is working for me, from just one sheet of my packet and me not being consistent with it. So my dilemma is this, a few weeks ago I started itching like crazy, about 3-4 hours after dinner, and I did not connect it to the pills. So I stopped taking them for a week (4 left) from first sheet and the itching started to subside. So I was thinking maybe there is a review that mentions itching, to the point where you want to rip your skin off especially (ALL) over, which last for about 2 hours straight. But I didn't see any reviews 😱 So this week I finished up the last 4 in the first sheet and have the second sheet to finish, but as I sit here I am still itchy. On top of that I've broken out in acne around my jaw line, and my entire face and neck have hives, lastly my joints hurt terribly bad. I’m 51 years old. A couple years ago I started to notice the amount of hair I was losing in the shower or after brushing was alarming. The directions say to take two pills daily but after you see the desired results you can cut back to one pill. I tried this and within a month my hair began to break and shed heavily again.
