Can someone please share cooking instructions from off of the bag?

There are no cooking instructions on the bag. Here is how to process dried Shitake mushrooms: 1 Soak the mushrooms in water for 8 hours. This works for all size of mushrooms, some are ready in less time. 2 Slice the mushrooms and discard the inedible stem. The stems can often be broken off of the mushroom when dried before soaking. 3 Cook with other vegetables. I cook a single serving bowl of peas, chopped onions and mushrooms for three minutes in the microwave. Shitake mushrooms do have to be cooked, but no longer than any other vegetable.

Does this have fumigation sulfur ?

Have to know which country the mushrooms come from. It is EXTREMELY important! Anybody has clue?

I just emailed the seller why my order was taking so long to arrive (3+ weeks), and was informed they are coming from Thailand. I don't know where they were grown, but somewhere in Asia is a fair guess.
