The eufy Security Smart Lock C33 has been a really solid purchase overall. Installation was straightforward, and the keypad and app setup were surprisingly easy to get working. I like having multiple ways to unlock the door, and the fingerprint reader is fast and accurate most of the time. The app controls are convenient too, especially for checking lock status and giving temporary access codes to guests or family members. The build quality feels sturdy and modern, and the lock looks great on the door without being bulky. Battery life has also been very good so far, which is important for a smart lock. The auto-lock feature gives extra peace of mind when leaving the house. A few small things could be improved, like the app occasionally taking a second to connect, but nothing major enough to take away from the experience. Overall, the eufy Security Smart Lock C33 is a dependable, easy-to-use smart lock that offers great features for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home security.

The build quality and handle design stand out immediately. The lever has a solid heft to it--smooth and comfortable to grasp--and having lever hardware instead of a knob makes a difference when carrying groceries or juggling bags. It feels like a small upgrade that pays off every day. The most important feature for me is the ability to schedule it to lock at a certain time every night. Now I don’t lay in bed wondering if I remembered to lock the door; it just takes care of itself, and that peace of mind is huge. Fingerprint recognition isn’t flawless--it often works on the first try, but sometimes I have to try again--but it’s quick enough and reliable enough that I never think of it as a problem. Installation takes some patience, but the instructions are clear, and the process is very doable if you pay attention step by step. Once installed, the app setup is simple. I think of it as “set it and forget it”--I created the schedule, turned on notifications, and haven’t had to open the app again. Unlocking makes a quiet mechanical sound, and there’s a fairly loud beep by default that can be disabled (I turned it off right away). Durability has been excellent. My unit is fully exposed--no overhang, sitting in direct desert sun and rain for seven months--and it has never faltered. I’ve only had to replace the batteries once in that time, even with multiple entries and exits every day. The Wi-Fi connection has been rock solid as well; remote access has never failed me. I liked this lock so much that I purchased another one for my garage side door. It’s a product that combines comfort, reliability, and peace of mind in a way that makes it easy to recommend.

It's a good door knob that is easy to pair up with my Eufy system. Programming access was easy, but some fingerprints do not read reliably. Our one complaint is the battery life. It takes 8 AA batteries and they do not last very long, especially in the New England winter.

I really did not want a deadbolt lock and this lever smart lock from Eufy was exactly what I was looking for. I have a couple video doorbells from eufy and was really impressed with those and their build quality. I was equally impressed with the door hardware and the deadlatch was beefier than the deadlatch on the old doorlatch it was replacing. Directions were pretty good just so small to see, but I had watched the installation video and that was very helpful. Yes, it really only takes about 15 minutes to install and set up (excluding the software update it installed when I was finished) I also just flipped the deadbolt to the lower hole on the door to ensure the eufy latch had clearance (its tall and would not have fit under the deadbolt as was the original configuration on the door. I already had the deadbolt installed below the door latch on one of my exterior doors (I am tall and just like the latch on the higher hole) so that install was even quicker. The finger (thumbprint) reader works great and fast. Now we know our two basement doors and the garage door are locked and secure every evening now. It specially makes my wife happy as I was constantly leaving those doors unlocked because I was always in and out of them so often and it was a pain to remember a key or having one hanging near the back doors. Now it's fast easy access and I don't need to remember to lock them afterwards...the smart lock latches now remember for me. I do not know how long batteries will last but once they go, I am just going to replace all 8 of them with rechargeable lithium AAs. Right now, I would highly recommend these lever smart locks especially easy if you have no deadbolt above your latch but it's easy enough to just switch them around putting your deadbolt on the bottom and they look and feel really nice too.

Eufy releases another great security product. We've bought this lock twice now and love it. Super easy to use and far easier to set up than some others. Fully reliable and, if the batteries ever die, you can unlock it with a key or securely via your phone. It takes 8 batteries but, it takes a long time for them to run down. The fingerprint technology is very accurate and makes it really easy to unlock the door if you've got your hands full. When this is on sale, it's unbeatable, sturdy and, to date, our favorite electronic lock, even over the more expensive traditional brands.

Great products however it takes 8, yes you read that correctly 8AA Batteries and if you use this quite often, expect it to last approximately 2-3 months, so better get some rechargeable ones

This product is the best handle door lock with number pad and NFC key and physical keys. I have a few of the locks. Note the strike plate needs to be adjusted the one u already hafe to make door latch work right. Other than that the best app as well. Deside to put one one my photography gear closet. But the lock hade trouble reversing handle and Somthing inside was not making the latch move in and out like it should. Contacted Amazon thay told me Eufy will replace yr lock and you may kerp yr broken one. This is a lock you want to get in a smart lock make sure yr door is able to use this lock is u have a Deadbolt hole make sure it is higher than lock unit. Other that the striker plate needing adjustment to make the lock latch work. I hade to use a plastic shim and bend the inside plate inside the striker. Best lock grate support easy app and setup.

Not entirely impressed. I added my fingerprints as instructed during set up, easy. Later when attempting to use the handle from outside, it does not always accept your print if it is slightly askew. I try adding it again at the same angle and place that it failed, says finger print is already been added. On the upside, the set up was very easy if you have installed a door handle before. The deadbolt is equally as easy. Overall it is well built and easy to install. My main gripe is the finger print reader. Very frustrating if you are in a hurry or the weather is dreadful. The only other bad thing is the “privacy mode” which locks everything. If you accidentally enable and try to enter, nothing will work except the key. Don’t forget to hide or carry your keys if privacy mode is enabled! I found out the hard way.
