Arrived in perfect condition. Only used 3x 5minute sessions so far. No adverse effects and not enough time has accrued to distinctly see improvement in MD yet. Will update in a month. Product is not cheaply designed. If the electrical components match the integrity of the frames these glasses should last a long time

I wish there was a way to get the frame a little tighter. Otherwise, I think they are good. I have only had a few days, so time will tell.

Way to big to actually fit on a human head.

I bought these glasses for the infrared light to see if they would improve my vision. A few scientific papers claim that exposure to 670 nm infrared light might help improve certain aspects of vision, particularly in older individuals experiencing age-related vision decline. They are built well and the instructions are easy to follow. It is all pretty intuitive. I find that they are a bit uncomfortable they way they sit just above the eyes, blocking out my upper vision, but we are only required to wear them about 3 minutes a day for a week in the morning to get any benefit from the infrared. It is a small price to pay, if it will help. I can't say whether they specifically helped my vision or not, because I have been doing other things to help improve my vision, as well. What I can say is that they haven't hurt my eyes any. I have noticed some recent improvements with my vision, particularly in my right eye. Plus, some floaters have disappeared. However, again, I can't say whether or not it was due to these glasses. I haven't had my eyes tested, so I can't say if my vision has become more acute either. Nevertheless, I thought they were worth a shot. The blue light does help wake me up in the morning, but I get the same effect from looking at a computer screen, from which I already get too much exposure. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

They don't completely cover the eyes, which is a good thing if you are nervous about using. I didn't realize when ordering you should keep your eyes open for better absorption, but it makes sense. I'm a bit weird about it though. I've used them a couple of times, but I'm not really enjoying the experience. And if I am not noticing anything beneficial it makes it more difficult to maintain something. My vision is not 100% for a few minutes after. Its just not my jam.
