Can't believe they don't send agent instructions with this! Attempted to put it together by looking at pictures and reading the other reviews, but it didn't work. I constantly had to take pieces back apart which caused several of the clips to be broken off. Resulting in me having to caulk and gorilla glue it back together just to make it halfway usable. Will never buy anything they make again!

First off...plan on having someone help you, as you'll be unable to assemble this by yourself. There are no written instructions or photos, only drawings. Pay very close attention. Several key steps in the assembly process are horribly unclear, which makes assembly an absolute PITA. The pieces are hard to snap into place, and once assembled they DO NOT come apart. Of course, I discovered this after overlooking a key step. The drawings are difficult and frustrating to decipher because they're not clearly shown in sequential order. As a result, I completely overlooked the section where you insert two metal bars that reinforce the sides until after assembling the box. My fiancee and I ended up breaking / cracking it in two different places while trying to take it back apart. In any event, I doubt they would have fit anyway unless I enlarged the hard plastic openings into which they slide. One of the metal brackets that holds the top open was bent during shipping. Almost certainly a result of whatever caused a large hole / tear in the outside of the box. I was able to bend it back into shape with a pair of needle-nose pliers. But just know that it's all but impossible to attach the top to the container section without an extra set of hands. If you don't hold the top at exactly the right spot, the holes don't line up. The screws will probably tear out of the plastic if you let it the top fold backwards unsupported. After we finally got the storage box assembled, the kicker was that it's too small! I measured the cushions from our deck furniture and thought they would easily fit. I suspect that dimensions in the product description are for the OUTSIDE of the storage box. The interior is slightly smaller as a result. The completed box looks pretty nice, but without the metal support rods inside we're hesitant to sit on it. The sides also bulge out slightly as a result if you pack in too much material. All-in-all, I'm not very happy with my purchase and would recommend you think twice about ordering it unless you have a lot of patience and the unique ability to understand lousy, confusing and unclear instructions.

Plastic material is light and easily cracked. Made for very light duty. Mine cracked putting it together. Everything is cheap and flimsy. Don’t waste your money on this cheap Chinese garbage. Hope the plastic recycles because that’s where it’s headed

Missing 3rd hinge, cracked end, already put together when realized so not worth trying to take apart to return.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Item damaged not a good product

I got this in march because this year I was going to set up my patio. I got the package and put it right in storage with the rest of my patio furniture. Today I got it out to put it together, and this is what I got. I payed a lot of money for something nice for myself. I can’t return it because it’s been to long, so I am stuck with this. I can’t even try and glue it back together, i don’t even know where to start. I was so excited about starting this new life, new me, healing journey…… but this just makes me so hurt and angry and just beat down. So yeah If you get this take it out of the box asap and look it over.
