This product puts you to sleep like a baby. No more tossing and turning all night long. I mix this with 2% cow milk and heat it up in a Turkish coffee pot. You will wake up refreshed when the alarm goes off. This product for sure helped my sleeping by keeping me asleep. Taste is great, it tastes like a dark hot cocoa. On my second bag already. I really wanted to like this product, but the taste is just not for me. I added a ton of cinnamon to try and make it palatable, which helped maybe a tiny bit, so then I added some honey which made it slightly better. it's still really difficult to drink. I definitely don't think I can get through a whole bag of it. the aftertaste is not it. what a waste
