### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product and Seller service!

I have received the stair rail pack and it is now proudly showing on my stairway. I was very impressed with the packing (which was heavier than the stair rail!), and the contents, which included most of the items to complete the installation. If you are open to suggestions regarding this particular product, may I suggest pre-drilled holes?The reason that I suggest this is that not many people ( like me!), are able to line up the holes without a lot of hassle ( and an area of the house to lay the stair rail) Obviously the first bracket is no problem, but the lining up of the second one needed very careful measuring.Also pre-drilled holes would have been handy for the ends of the rail, because a little careless drilling could cause the steel end covers to be off-set. However, I DID install it successfully and it looks fine!I am more than delighted with the product, and your response to my emails.

As long as there are two of you .... I was the helper as opposed to the put-er-up-er, it won’t take long at all to install .... I chose a 2m length as anything more would have been too much in my opinion. I am so pleased with the result, it replaced a rope that was on the wall when I moved in which wasn’t secure as the steps are quite steep. This is totally secure to the wall solid, good quality wood and in my opinion looks fab. The delivery man was so nice and friendly and was very patient with my energetic puppy bounding around his feet. Good quality and brilliant value for money couldn’t recommend highly enough ....:0)

These bannister's where to be installed into my parents house. Taking them out of the box the first thing I noticed was the quality. You won't be disappointed. The wood is smooth and attractive to look at and the metal work is equally nice. Installing them can be a bit tricking for DIY novice's. Screwing the metal caps into the ends is very tricky to line up. I agree with what another buyer has written and would rather see the caps pre-fitted or have them so they fit over the wood. This is my only gripe and why I have it 4/5.
