A: I think your question is misstated - the only reference i found in regard to temperature is 'This ISO grade 15 oil performs well at low temperatures, with viscosity below 1635 Saybolt Universal Seconds (SUS) at 0 degrees Fahrenheit' which basically means it won't gel significantly in low temps and should perform well to 0 degrees.
