I am really happy that I picked up this item. I brought it to camping. Was playing Mario Party!! And Mario Kart!! It’s really stand out. The battery life is amazing too. Everyone was happy.

Just received it and box was damaged so we turned it on and immediately noticed a red line going down the center of the screen that was over a square in the center. We thought it would disappear as you set up but it didn't. Don't know if someone returned this one already as there was another label on box. It is heavy. Sound and picture are great. Touch screen is amazing. Just really bummed we have to return.

I was very skeptical of this being real… it is. It’s more of a computer than a tv you can also run pair VPN and get unlimited hotspot.Would rate 5 stars but I paid $1,000… that’s not five star price.

I am a trainer and wanted this for clients with small spaces. Sometimes its a challenge to set up AV equipment. The packaging was great, the product was great, it took care of all of my small space issues except the programs I needed to load the way I needed them to load couldn't be done. It was a problem not an item problem.The screen is impressive, I cant speak enough about how easy it would have made my work life but it wasn't meant to be for me.

Outdated Android version!! Not Android 15. It is Android 12. I am not sure if it could be upgraded to latest Android version! Picture quality is ok but it doesn’t display a high quality image or video as I expected it would. I guess it isn’t a tv as description said. I couldn’t figure out to set or search tv channels and no tv input jack for antenna or tv cable line. Remote was ok on first day but stopped working on next day. I checked if batteries were good or bad. It just doesn’t respond to any button. I tried pairing it without success. It’s quite heavy but it doesn’t bother me. I think the case is strong enough to protect the monitor inside from rough handling and dropping while transporting it. Sound quality is crisp and more on higher frequencies which is good but not much of a bass sound as I would like to hear. Cost me nearly $900 although I think it should be less expensive for not so good quality. No TV reception, and a remote isn’t working anymore. It weighs 30.04 lbs.

Is it perfect…. No but in a product like this you sacrifice something’s for its portability. It is perfect for vanlife. I can take a tv with me and thanks to the briefcase design I don’t have to worry about the screen getting scratched or damaged. It is also easy to stow away when not in use and it doesn’t take up much room. I have found their customer service is second to none.
