Perfect for busy cooks — dual trays and tons of presets make weeknight cooking a breeze
I’ve been using the Philips 5000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer with Steam for a while now, and it’s become my go-to kitchen appliance for everything from quick dinners to weekend batch cooking. The two separate cooking trays are a massive advantage — I can cook my main and a side at the same time without any flavour crossover, and the Sync Finish feature makes sure both dishes are ready to serve together, which is brilliant for family meals. The larger 6 L basket is great for mains like chicken, roast veggies, or fries, and the smaller 3 L tray is perfect for snacks or sides. That flexibility is something I didn’t realise I needed until I had it — no more juggling plates or using multiple appliances. Another highlight is the preset menu. With around 12 built-in programmes for different foods and cooking styles, I never have to guess time and temperature — whether I’m air-frying, steaming, or doing a combo Steam & Airfry, there’s usually a preset that fits. It’s especially handy for things like frozen snacks, veggies, fish, or chicken drumsticks, and makes the whole experience much more user-friendly. The steam function is a nice bonus too — it keeps veggies and proteins juicy and tender, while the air frying still gives a nice crisp finish. And when cooking multiple items at once, I love not having to babysit them with separate timers or extra dishes. Overall, this air fryer delivers on versatility, convenience, and performance. The two baskets and presets make meal prep so much easier — whether you’re feeding a family or just want a quick, healthy meal with minimal fuss. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Air fryer convert!
I’m very pleased with this Philips air fryer/steamer and wonder why I waited so long to buy one. It cooks beautifully in less time using less energy and is wonderful to use during the hot weather as little heat is thrown into the kitchen. Also very easy to clean. A shame it didn’t have some recipes with it but it’s easy to work out how to use it. I would highly recommend it

Really fantastic
Bought this about a year ago and have waited to review to really get used to it as my first airfryer. I researched thoroughly before choosing ans as I love steamed veg this was the hands down best available airfryer for me as the only one I came across with the steam option. Easy to use, good sized drawers (1 is 1/3, the other 2/3s). I would have liked to be able to remove Centre panel amd have a single large space. Would also have liked the windows available on some airfryers to monitor food without opening. But the steam function won over those. I use this way more than my oven was used and elec bill hasn't gone up so just shows the economy of it. Love the synchronised time option for the 2 drawers. Likewise option to tell me to stir halfway through cooking. Preprogrammed functions are good and pretty accurate though I think the fish one is for a whole fish not fillets. Overall definitely recommend highly and friends/family all reconsider their choices when they hear of the steam function!

Bell what bell ?
Love this , bought because of the steam and combo steam function-and it doesnt disappoint, only gripe the beep or bell as they call it way too quiet , never hear it , and lack of instruction book , come on ! thats penny pinching

I like it’s multifunctions
It is big! But, easy to use, easy to clean, like it a lot. Not cheap, and not cheap looking. Everything I could ask for. Has multifunctions which makes the price more sense

Ninja’d
Great Airfryer. We brought this as a Ninja replacement and it proves to be just as good if not better. I like the fact that you can choose which draw you’d like to use instead of just simply matching or syncing and being forced to use both when only one is needed. The steamer function is great for steaming vegetables and it’s also go a self cleaning mode too which is perfect. Well worth the money.

Excellent Performance and Smart Design
The Philips 5000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer is an outstanding appliance. The dual basket design is very practical, allowing two dishes to be cooked at the same time. The Steami function helps retain moisture, resulting in evenly cooked and delicious food. It is easy to operate, quick to clean, and built with high-quality materials. Highly recommended for daily cooking and great value for money.
