Taste great
I was surprised! Great flavor. I actually like drinking it. Just started using it a week ago feeling stronger in the gym

This is awesome
This is excellent. We use a couple of essential amino acids with Stevia and we'll look for ones that do not contain sucralose. This does not contain citric acid or malic acid so the 1st thing you notice is how featherly light the powder is. The taste is excellent and the mixing ability is great. Please make additional flavors.

I mix this in my pre-workout : creatine, BCAA, citrulline, and beta-alanine ,and together they make an amazing combo. The apple and kiwi flavour blends perfectly with everything, no weird taste or foam, just smooth and refreshing. I train pretty heavy, one warm-up set and two working sets per exercise to failure in the 6โ12 rep range, and this mix really helps me push hard from start to finish. The amino support feels spot on , good energy, better endurance, and faster recovery between sets. Itโs become part of my routine and makes a real difference when going all in at the gym.

My nutritional therapist recommended this product to help my increase protein and add aminos to support brain function/cell recovery. Initially it was quite bitter but since going kept it is actually now quite sweet to the taste if not a bit artificial tasting. It has definitely helped - a very good pick me up in the afternoons and stops me reaching for carbs or chocolate unnecessarily. A nice product but quite expensive for the amount you get.

I find this powder works well, as it's supposed to, supplying the protein components necessary to the body minus food/calories, so it can be taken during fasting/intermittent fasting. Also great for those of us with compromised digestion who struggle to get adequate protein from food If you haven't had essential amino acid powders before, be forewarned that the first time, they taste pretty awful. If you can persevere with them, your taste buds will acclimatize and they'll become tolerable. Adding a sweetener makes them taste worse (to me); adding some lemon juice if anything works better. I like to have both powder and tablets available for different situations (ironically, the tablets actually taste sort of good, in a bitter kind of way). Note that they are expensive, but they also provide orders of magnitude more essential protein than something like a whey powder, so in a sense less is more.

I use doses of this whenever I run 10km or more plus occasionally after other vigorous sporting activity, usually dissolved into already diluted apple juice to avoid the sweetness becoming too overpowering. Definitely helped reduce the severity of my delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) coupled with good stretching routines and I think a great magic tub to have in the cupboard for an active person heading into their 50s like me when recoveries just take longer. Excited to see if any new flavours come out to try. The company clearly researches its manufacturing with immense diligence and strives meticulously for ever more useful and nutritious supplements. Well done, thank you and keep going!

It tastes SO HORRIBLE that we cannot eat/drink it! Even a single scoop in a full mug of milk, the extreme sweetness is absolutely disgusting! It could be this is due to the phenylalanine which is one of the essential amino acids but is itself a major ingredient of Aspartame (artificial sweetener). So maybe this is unavoidable. But itโs also inedible to us. We do love Creatine which is a combination of 3 amino acids and is tasteless.
