Love love shine
This is hands down the best flat iron I've ever used. I also own the much more expensive T3, which is a great tool, but honestly it doesn't compare to the ION. The ION heats evenly, glides through my hair without snagging, and leaves it silky, smooth, and shiny in fewer passes. It straightens my thick, curly hair quickly and the style lasts for days. For the price, the performance is incredible. I wish I had bought it sooner!

This is great. Heat stays constant and heats up real quick to save time. Hair comes out soft and straight with thinner portions. Never going back to Conair.

Good and works overseas too
I bought this for a trip to Europe, itworked beautifully. It is lightweight and has a long cord. I prefer something with steam for everyday use, so I don’t think I would use this as my “permanent” hair straightener, however it was super convenient during my trip and I highly recommend it

Best flat iron!
Best flat iron I ever had and I even have the expensive Dyson cordless one. This one leaves your hair soft and silky with very little fly outs.

Little scary
Works fairly well but you can literally hear electricity buzzing and popping when it is not turned on. If you can remember to unplug it every time you use it, I'm sure you'll be fine but I know I won't and am not qilling to risk an electrical fire.

This is not a long lasting straightener. at. all.
I bought this straightener in June and it worked well for a good 5 months but since December the power seems low and even though it says it’s at the highest heat, it barely straightens my hair and it just takes much longer.
