An interesting book but with a few errors.
I've seen it before, firearm and outdoor writers cover knives but usually show they really don't know that specialty as well as their normal one. Ka-Bar is not and has never been the trademark of Camillus Cutlery. It belonged to Union Cutlery during WW-II. The custom Emerson CQC-6 is not larger than the Benchmade CQC-7 and I've owned both. Most of the book is interesting but it could have been better.

Very informative
This book is chock full of information about every aspect of knives and knife ownership. it is excellent for beginners since it describes all the parts of the knife and offers info on steels and everything you should know about owning a knife. The illustrations and quality of the book is top notch.

Kindle Version Is Poor Quality
The Kindle version is simple images of the original book pages. Very hard to read. Can not change font or appearance.This is not a reflection of the book's content.

Rugged cover, covers many aspects of having a knife, many things for me to learn from it.
