can this be used on headlights?

Maybe, there are a lot of better products out there for that though. Try Meguiars products. Their Plastix is impressive. I have used it to remove substantial yellowing from headlights with little effort. This is too expensive to use on headlights in comparison in my opinion.

Amazing compound to remove scratches and swirls. Tried 3D One with no success. Try this for cutting and you wont be disappinted.

Easily removed several scratches

Works to remove slight scratches. Easily removed several scratches on the clear coat made by some branches. Apply with a detailing buffer, and buff for just a few minutes.

Works great

Removed moderate to heavy scratches that other lighter compounds did not, and it left a glossy finish. I used an orbital polisher, medium speed and moderate to heavy pressure, then increased speed and light pressure for gloss finish.
