They fit into the shoe perfectly and right away he could feel the foot and arch support. The arch was a comfortable height. At first, they felt thick and I was worried they’d be too hard, but they slipped right into my On Cloudflow sneakers after a quick trim. I had to cut a tiny bit off the right side of the right sole and the left side of the left sole, and then they fit perfectly. ​I took them on a weekend trip to Savannah, walking over 7,000 steps through the historic district and the Riverfront. These insoles are okay. They feel good to wear in short spurts but I cant wear them for long periods of time. I stand all day at work and cant wear them there but running to the store or out for dinner they work fine
