This bidet sprayer was easy to install and works exactly as expected. The water pressure is great, the materials feel sturdy, and it has made my bathroom much more convenient and hygienic. It looks nice and has been working perfectly since installation. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Works great, this would be my first one I ever owned and I was really happy with how easy it was to install. If you have a brain you really don’t need the directions. The adjustment on how powerful the water comes out is great very fine adjustment. It is very very powerful if you have the pressure adjuster all the way up. The quality of the build is decent. The metal part of the hose is my only concern it feels thin but it’s not like you’re dragging the hose across the yard. I have not had any leaks but I just installed its today on arrival date of 11/28/2025 so if there leaks I will come and change or update my review. Someone wrote in the review u need a wrench that’s false information I hand tighten everything. It’s not a compression fitting so it doesn’t need to be wrenched on. It comes with extra rubber seals which are not need to be installed because the hose and fitting already have them installed. The rubber seals are for replacement at a later date. As far as the looks I got the nickel finish and it looks amazing from the fitting all the way to the nozzle. Highly recommended Note: the button to release the water is good even with people with mild to possibly severe arthritis. Hope this helps.

What a game-changer! Wow, this will blast your bum clean I'll tell you that much. It works way better than the sit-down bidets that hook onto the toilet seat because you can actually aim it exactly where you need it. The pressure is fantastic and the quality is excellent. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

Working very good and as described.

I grew up in Thailand where these houses were normal for toilets. Don't know why it took 20 years to realize they're sold everywhere now. I'm so glad 'cause I felt that wet wipes for poo was getting wasteful! It sprays nice, and you can choose the pressure for it based how hard you press. I try to remember to turn off the water valve to "extend the life" but I'm forgetful most days. It's even useful for spraying things down in the tub that needs a bit of water pressure (like my cat's litter box). I'd recommend one of these for anyone, easy install, and I haven't had an issue in the month I've had it

The product was leaking from the part that connects to the tank, don’t know if we got a broken product or if it was missing a rubber washer (buy with caution)

The handheld bidet is amazing, very good quality stainless steel with brushed nickel finish (the variety I ordered). It took 10 minutes to install, plus some time to add the wall mount. I added the wall mount because I preferred it over the toilet bowl hanger, which was predictably flimsy. It comes with washers installed in all the fittings plus some extras. The connections rely washers, not the threads, in order to seal, so I did not use any PFTE tape - I just hand-tightened all the connections and it has been perfectly leak-free. The pressure is astounding. I turned the valve up about 20% and I find it’s more than enough. If it's not enough pressure for you, then you must be using it for something other than intended! Will be ordering a few more for my parents’ house. Quite frankly, this is a product that should be installed in every toilet across North America!
