Pretty good
I get a lot of headaches and cold helps me, obviously these aren't as great as a real ice pack but it's very cooling and there's only so much a little gel product like this can do, so I am happy for my purchase and we have actually been using them a lot. I keep the packets in the fridge for extra coolness

Works great. Can take off and re-use. Doesn't leave residue or red marks, anything. Handy to keep at work, in the refrigerator, backpacks, etc.

Bought these after watching anime
I was watching an anime and a character used one of these and I thought they were genius. These cooling pads are nice, especially for travel because they are so small and easy to pack. It has a gentle cooling feeling, but it's nothing like an ice pack, so don't buy these thinking it will replace that. But if your going to be spending some time in the heat, one of these on your back just under your neck does help cool you down. The adhesive is ok. Not terrible, not great. I find myself pressing it back on from time to time. But it's comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin. Overall, great for travel and assistance keeping cool, but don't think it will replace an ice pack for injuries.
