How do you open the bottles?

It easily opens and closes at the top. The gold screw top has a lid which can be easily opened and closed.

Does this have HFCS in it?

There is no HFCS listed, however the caramel contains regular corn syrup. Both also contain invert cane syrup.

Delicious!!! Always use these flavors to make a turtle topping!!! This was used to spruce up a plain cheesecake as well as vanilla ice cream, just add crushed pecans!!! I was asked where I found these…Amazon of course!!!
