Lowered my Triglycerides
Had high triglycerides. Doctor recommended this (along with diet changes) to reduce from 300. Been taking this for 6 months, 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and my recent labs show that I am currently at 151. This along with high fiber, high protein, low carbs and 120oz water per day has made a drastic difference.

Works for me. Doesnt have any strange after taste or burps. I use these to help my joints feel better and while some Omegas dont seem to work as well these work as well as the ones I relaced from Onnit. BPN makes some good products

Quality for a great price
When taking pills, one of my biggest issues can be the size of the pills. These are manageable and I have noticed a difference in my joints in as little as 30 days. Would definitely recommend these!
