One of my favorite upscale restaurants used this for their ginger margarita & paired it with ginger candy so I HAD I get my own. It's a game changer, it tastes so good, fresh, sweet & bold ginger flavor, spicy but not too spicy. I like sweet drinks so it's not too much sugar for me but it can be if you pour too much. It may seem expensive but A little truly goes a long way. I would compare it to putting the syrup in your coffee, just enough to coat the bottom of your cup. It's a syrup so the consistency is thicker. I love the natural ingredients, that's a big plus for me.

This arrived quickly, and in a well, packaged parcel. It has a great, full mouth ginger flavor and warmth. I’ve been experimenting with mocktail recipes, and this adds great flavor. I also use this to flavor my carbonated, Soda Stream water. I add it to the already carbonated water. It doesn’t take much to add a nice flavor and warmth. With a dash of ginger bitters, I’ve got a nice mocktail. I’ve also added it to mock hot toddies and ginger tea for an extra oomph and a bit of sweetness. I’ll be experimenting with the other syrups—looking forward to trying the “Cure All Toddy” recipes at the above. My husband even used it in a marinade for steaks. The possibilities are endless. I recommend this product, and I will be a repeat customer.
