It's good. 1.) Three volume settings. I'm using the lowest setting. If you tap it twice, it goes to the next setting. Handy. 2.) The ear hook is the battery, not the microphone. The mic is right by your ear hole. It's easier to tell where the sound is coming from. 3.) Works well for phone calls. Also, videos and music. (Not much bass though.) 4.) One battery charge is getting me 12 hrs plus. And it comes with 2 batteries. That's great considering that it's doing two jobs. 5.) I drive an 18 wheeler. I can wear this while driving without the truck noise being loud. It has a chip in it to eliminate background noise. It works. 6.) It's comfortable to wear. The rubber ear tips are the basic kind that come on ear buds. You can get replacements for really cheap. I like it. I ordered another on just yesterday, while they are on sale. Good to have one on standby. I only wear one. You can wear it on either ear. If you can sort of do without a hearing amplifier but you say, "what?" alot, this might be a good choice. The lowest volume setting is often too loud, if you only have hearing loss. To be fair, I only purchased one, using it in my left ear (which isn't as good as my right ear). However, the most disturbing part is the feedback! OMG, if you are in a vacuum, not breathing or speaking, it's somewhat tolerant. Oh, and did I mention the feedback. The directions do say to ensure it's properly seated. However, even pushing it in far enough to reach brain matter, there's still way too much feedback. Lastly, I provided 2-stars, as the product seems well built, provides a back-up battery, and is very well packaged. Kudos to the Package Department. Keep working to the Quality Control Department. Dropped to one Star as the Seller is holding my refund for several weeks. Why? Because Amazon will allow this Seller to screw me more!!!

When I go fishing at the lake on weekends, this hearing aids for seniors makes my leisure time more enjoyable. After turning on the automatic noise cancellation function, the noisy people and vehicles around were cut off, leaving only the sound of the breeze over the water and birdsong, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Moreover, the greetings of fishing buddies in the distance can be heard clearly, and the catch can be exchanged smoothly. I keep my mobile phone in my bag, and when I connect the Bluetooth of the hearing aids with bluetooth to my mobile phone, I can answer the calls from my family members in time, so I won't miss anything important. And the battery is sufficient, more than enough for a whole day, from early morning to sunset, enjoy the fun of fishing at the same time, but also to maintain smooth contact with the outside world.

The Wasoca Hearing aid is quite easy to use and delivers good quality sound - both as a hearing aid and also as a Bluetooth device connected to phone / ipad. There are 3 volume settings which can be easily adjusted by double tapping on the receiver. This is being used by my 80+ year old Dad and he is able to use it comfortably. The battery also works as the ear hook is good design. There is one drawback though, which is there is no battery charging box - the battery hook has to be detached from the earpiece and requires pulling it away hard and so is not that smooth. Aside from this , it’s a good product and great value for money

They work very well for me. I like how they look when waring. People would not know they are hearing aids. Easy to use.

What a piece of crap! It didn’t work out of the box. Contacted Amazon customer svc and we were able to get it working. By the next morning I could hear others but not the reverse, rendering the bluetooth useless. The last straw was when I tried to turn the left aid down as it was screeching painfully in my ear and the button wouldn’t respond, even when I unplugged the earpiece to reboot it. I even tried swapping out the power cells (it comes w/2 sets so you can charge 1 while using the other) with no luck. After that I was done trying - I returned them. They didn’t even make it 24 hours!! I’m headed to an audiologist and will get a real pair and if it doesn’t come with Bluetooth capabilities I’ll deal with it. Bottom line: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HUNK OF JUNK!! You deserve better.

Amazing. Sound quality is great for both the hearing aid portion and for blu tooth aspect.
