I’ve tried a ton of protein bars and most are either packed with sugar or taste like cardboard. The David Protein Bar really surprised me—in the best way. It has 28g of protein (which is kind of amazing for something this light), but only 150 calories and 0g sugar. That combo is super rare. I’ve been having one after my workouts and noticed I stay full longer without feeling weighed down. The flavor is solid—not too sweet—and the texture is soft and easy to eat, not chalky like some others. I also really appreciate that it’s gluten-free and low in carbs and fat, so it works whether I’m trying to stay lean or just avoid the sugar crash. If you’re picky about your protein bars (like I am), this one is definitely worth a try. It hits all the marks without any weird ingredients.

These are one of the very few protein bars I will eat. They are very tasty, with no after taste that is unfortunately present with most protein bars. I started eating these when I was recovering from a long illness. I wasn’t hungry and not getting enough protein to help me heal. These really ‘hit the spot’! Thanks to the makers of these. You have made my healing journey taste a little bit better! Also for those of you taking GLP1 drugs, these will help you get the added protein you need….

These bars are some kind of mystery of modern science. It's shocking how much protein they're able to cram into one single package, along with 0 grams of sugar. What's the catch? I remember eating the first bar and thinking "wow, this tastes surprisingly decent for how artificial it is." But somehow, the more of them I ate, the more the sickly-sweet, synthetic flavor and texture started to bother me. It got to the point where I was having to choke them down, practically fighting a gag reflex the whole time. I ended up giving the rest away. If you can tolerate the flavor then I imagine they're great protein bars for weight lifters. Personally I couldn't stand them.

I like the high protein content, the taste, but be aware that it has sugar alcohol.

A bit pricey but low calories(150/), no sugar, no carbs and 28 grams of protein/ bar. The peanut utter and peanut chocolate chip are great but there is also chocolate which is good; haven’t tried the cookie dough or blueberry yet but I bet they are equally as good. Try ‘em, I bet yous will like ‘em.

Very delicious. My college student grabbed a few from my basket. They are moist and chewy without pulling out your fillings. There were 2 other protein bars in my basket, she didn’t grab. She chose David protein bar.

High protein and amazing for the calories but it was bland. I didn't taste the peanut butter or salt in the salted peanut butter flavor. Cinnamon roll is way too cream cheese tasting. Chocolate chip is great. The peanut butter chocolate is terrible, I had to throw them away.
