Q: Nowhere in your product page there is option to choose boot size. Where is it??? Please advise.

Almost at the top, under the product gallery pics and the colour selection, you'll see the shoe size range click-boxes.

Q: How do I order a specific size?

I was able to click on UK size 4.5 which is what I wanted.

Q: Are these washable i.e. can you put them in a washing machine to clean them?

Have washed them by hand not put them in the washing machine they are tough and durable so if put in a pillowcase or something similar should be okay on 30

Q: Are these a true size or come up large or small please?

I found mine to be a true size - just a bit difficult to pull on over the heel but a perfect fit when on.
