A Million Vintage Industrial Chandelier with Rudder Design, Rustic Wood Grain Color 6 E26 Socket Adjustable Hanging Chain Rustic Pendant Lighting

This looks great in our log house. Lighting is great, we’ve had it installed for over 4 months now without any issues. We are very pleased in every aspect.

The light looks great. I had one glass cover that was cracked. The company immediately sent a replacement. Great product, great seller

Update: The seller attempted to give advice on how to complete the electrical installation but their advice went against the electrical code and I eventually gave up but they did give me a refund. 5 stars for the seller trying and being responsive but 3 starts for the quality of the service and product. Pros: -It produces a lot of light with all 8 bulbs in place, easily lighting a table from a 9' ceiling, even with the Chandelier chains shortened to raise the it higher above the table. -The company is responsive, one of the glass pieces arrived broken and they immediately sent me a new one after I contacted them. Cons: -It does not look as good as it does in the pictures, the wood is a strange fake looking color and might need to be stained to make it look better. The wood quality is low, made of very short pieces which are joined together to form the pieces, this can easily be seen under inspection. -The actual metal pieces that hold the bulbs have tabs that you must bend to put the glass in and then bend back so that the glass stays in place. They feel like after a few bends they will break. -There is no mounting hardware included to allow this to attach to a standard 3" round electrical box. Even with several ceiling lamp mounting kits from the hardware store I have not been able to properly mount the light. I also don't think the the included mounting hardware is up to the standard electrical code anywhere in the US. -There is no easy way to run the wires without them being very visually obvious which does not look good. There are some ways to run them through some of the hardware to help hide them but the splices must be made out in the open above the light. I am pretty sure this is not to code and is a fire hazard.

Only real problem is the instructions are horrible, just one page with a poor drawing. But the light came out better than I expected. I ended up using black zip-tie mounts with black zip ties and black wire nuts to hide the wiring. My ceiling is slanted so I used a black zip tie in the chains to adjust one side shorter than the others. Definitely will need a dimmer switch since 8 bulbs put out way more light than I need.

I purchased this for our great room to hang over the bar area, however I was unsatisfied with the quality and the size, and it was too late to return by the time the great room was finished enough to put the light up so I don't know what we're going to do probably sell it

Be prepared to assemble. It's not that difficult but it is slightly time consuming and much easier with 2 people. One glass "globe" shattered during install. Company was incredibly easy to work with, friendly and sent me 3 replacement globes!

Item was very beautiful and it was very easy to install. It was longer than described but the seller made it right

Packaging is horrible. Product showed up with broken glass and parts inside. No paperwork for assembly which is strange being the amount of assembly required for this item. I would definitely never buy this product again. Best thing about the purchase. Was the rapid response we got to return it for a refund!
