Just got my resistance bands arrived today. First impression, they are very well constructed. Comes with 5 bands and I like they also have door anchors and ankle straps included. Pretty much can work out every part of body with these little training system. The bands are very good quality and very comprehensive with different colors and resistance level from 10 to 30. Or you can hook 2 of them together on the handle if you need a little heavier. They all got sleeves on them so that they won’t snap on you. Overall, I’m VERY PLEASED with this item. Highly Recommend if you don’t got to go to gym a lot. VERY Nice tool for workout at home.

Could use little more resistance on each band, one more pair or handles. other than that, great!

I'm a private personal trainer and I've used a lot of equipment over the years. This band set is the best I've ever purchased and I now recommend them to my clients who want to have their own set. Occasionally, the top layer of fabric is a tad tricky to get just right so that there's equal range of motion on both ends, but mostly that's only a minor annoyance and most clients get the hang of it. Having the fabric overlay extends the life of the band and provides some protection against snapping - I assume. Haven't had one snap yet! And they get used daily.

I've waited 2 weeks for these to arrive and they are junk. The concept of having a tube inside a cloth cover is sound but this execution is awful. I received 5 tunes. A 10, 15, 2 x 20, and 1 30. I have a 30 from Target that provides way more resistance than the new 30 and 20 combined. I had hoped to be able to stack these for more resistance but all of these have very tiny tunes inside that max out their stretch without providing much resistance at all. They are packaged nice and look good but for working out they are useless. Hopefully I can get a refund and get some better bands. If your serious about working 💪 out then skip these.

These are wonderful and good quality. I am using them at home to help with my injury. They are marked perfectly so its easy to use and no mistake on the weight or resistance. What an incredible product that is easy, versatile, light weight and can fit anywhere. May get a few more of these to give as gifts!

I’m very pleased with my purchase. These resistance bands are very well made. I feel safer using them because the sleeves on them can really protect from snap back. The resistance range is also very versatile as you can add the bands on the hand stirrup to increase the level. Good stuff for home training. I definitely recommend this one.

Was really excited to get these because I had another brand break and leave a nice welt. After opening the package and using them the only set back I have was that I cant get a full extension. The outer layer of material only allows the cables to stretch to about 90 degrees. I hope anyone looking to get this product takes that into account.
