I shopped and tried various phone holders for reading on my Note 8 or iPad, the ProTechArt one has to be the best. I don't see a lot of folks with Personal Phone Holders, but I think it will eventually take off... Imagine reading on the phone or tablet without holding it, sitting or lying down... or standing...My elbow and wrist has developed pain and discomfort, I hate holding my Galaxy Note 8 when reading articles, or just surfing. I tried various products that hold the phone and hang around your neck. The problems range from quality of the item to the durability of the product.This item excels in ALL of my requirements, first of all the magnetic holder is genius, I hated to attach the phone to all the other units, some of the cheap plastic holders broke in the process. With ProTech Art, the phone just sticks to the strong magnet without any fear of falling. I put the holder with the rubber cushion around my neck, although I was skeptical how comfortable it would be, but it is super comfortable, I have no issues, although that is subjective, some people are bothered by the collar on a shirt too ...It is durable, the metal frame is malleable and unbreakable, what else do you need. The mechanism to hold the phone is reliable and string too.That said, I do not see the company pushing this utility of using it around your neck, most of the pictures are about putting the item on a table or bed for folks to watch things on mobiles, hence I am attaching a picture of how I use it.... This is the best one.The next thing I want to state is that the seller is professional, it was shipped right away and the support is stellar.. my experience with questions I had with them was out of this world. I plan to personally tell my friends and relatives about this excellent invention of mine .... it is super comfortable and durable.....what else do you need ?

Very unique. You can twist this stand into many different shapes to fit your needs. I bought if for our iPad so my wife can access it during car rides, but we’ve used it at the table as well. The sticky tape on the back of the metal pieces is super strong. And the magnet can easily hold the iPad. Very cool concept

I have been looking for a while, for a neck phone holder that will hold my Samsung Galaxy S8+ with an Otter Box Defender case. All the ones I have found with the spring loaded holders will not take it. When I found this Magnetic one, it seamed like a good idea, but I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough to hold it. The back of my Otter box case is not tight to the phone so I didn't want to stick to that because the would leave it play in it. I took the back off my case and stuck the metal to the inside back of my case not on my phone. It has to go through the thick outer casing of the case. I did use the large peace of metal, not the small one recommended for phones. I am extremely happy with the outcome. It holds plenty tight, much better then I expected through this thick heavy case. If your looking for neck holder to use with your phone with case I Highly recommend this holder. I also got fast delivery on the Holder. The Neodymium 3600 Gauss Magnet seems to be the strongest Magnet out there for the holders. The others that showed specs only showed 3200. Also the Glue holding the metal plates to the Phone is holding very well. I'm glad I paid the couple Bucks more for this Holder, over the other Magnetic Holders.Have had it for a while now, and am extremely happy with it. It is very solid and holds my case very solid, never any Worries about it falling off. Definitely recommend both the Holder and the Seller.

Cannot bend it very well, very difficult and cannot separate magnetic hold from bar to thread it through something to attach whole thing. Only good thing is the magnetic is strong and holds my iPhone 8 with Otterbox case that has a medal ring holder/kickstand attached to the case. I velcro attached 1 of these on top of my Bonnlo Zero Gravity Chair with Canopy so i can sit outside with my bluetooth headset and watch movies and my shows while getting some sun. Just need to angle it right so can see screen from glare/reflection.

***Three Stars*** (see edit, below):Great concept! I liked being able to watch a movie on my phone, hands-free. It's pretty adjustable too so you can get the distance from your eyes just right. The magnet is nice and strong. But the setup broke after one use. I tried folding it up a bit to store, and when I used it again, one of the bars had disconnected from the magnet piece. I think a little super glue will fix it.*****FIVE Stars!*****EDIT: Seller is *very* responsive! They sent me another device and this one works like it should. I'd still caution you to be careful while folding it up, but I suppose that's good advice for anything with parts that can be moved. I find this really convenient for watching movies on my phone or tablet while in bed. It 100% relieves the pain I have experienced in my wrist from trying to hold the devices for long periods of time.

Does not hold iPhone XR, really uncomfortable to wear.

I wasnt sure what to expect but this product is awesome....well made, sturdy but super flexible, the magnets work great and this thing made facetiming with my daughter so much easier, I flipped it and used my phone video like a gopro and used it as a ipad stand while working in the kitchen. I still have alot to explore but for me- this was a great deal that saved me alot of headaches the very first time I used it. In very happy with the product, the price & the customer service has been pro-active and excellent!

Disliked the discomfort and WEIGHT of the neck band even though it is cushioned. Disliked the fact that it is hard to bend/mold but it is sturdy. Like the fact that the magnet is very strong and it does hold up the device.
