It circulates the air throughout the room really well instead of just blowing in one direction. I also love the different speed settings, wide oscillation, adjustable height, and remote control. Even with all that power, it’s surprisingly quiet on setting 4 and below, 5 is the high setting which isn't quite but also not distracting. It feels sturdy, has a sleek look, and doesn’t take up a ton of space - easy to move! If you want a fan that actually MOVES AIR and can cool/circulate a whole room, this is it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent workout fan - powerful without blasting me in the face

I bought this fan mainly to use during my treadmill and strength workouts, and it has been excellent. The airflow is strong and reaches me easily from across the room, which makes a huge difference during harder runs and interval workouts. What I especially like is how adjustable it is. I can angle the fan exactly where I need it instead of having air blowing directly into my face the entire time. It has plenty of speed settings, so I can use something lighter during strength training and turn it up when I’m running and really overheating. It’s also surprisingly quiet for how much air it moves, feels sturdy, and the remote is very convenient when I’m already on the treadmill and don’t want to stop my workout to change the settings. I’ve tried other fans that barely helped once I started sweating, but this one actually keeps me noticeably cooler. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it for a home gym or anyone who exercises indoors.
