InnoView 23.8" FHD Dual Portable Monitor 1920x1080P 100% sRGB - Foldable & Stackable Design with 315° Screen Adjustment & 180° Stand | USB-C/HDMI, Dual Monitor for Laptop, Mac, Windows

This dual 18"m 2K (2.5K) monitor is superb. I initially paired it with an older Surface Pro 6 and was not able to get it into Extend mode like a wanted. This was due to limitations of the Surface Dock video controller. I ultimately paired it with a Surface Pro 10 and it works perfectly in all display modes. I am also using a single Anker 130W Charger to power the Monitor and Surface. The display draws 21W at 100Hz, full 2560x1600 resolution, and 100% brightness. I have not been able to power the monitor through a single USB-C cable from the surface so separate USB-C is needed for display power (not unexpected). I am also able to power the monitor and laptop using a Baseus 100W, 20AHr Power Bank which shows is using 34W which suggest that the video USB is providing about 14W of power. On this Power Bank it reports that it will las about 2 hours. The monitor refresh rate does not have a big impact on power draw, but the brightness has an almost proportional impact on power. The kickstand is very versatile, and the monitor is very secure in any configuration. Even standing stacked vertically they are stable. The folding hinge is smooth but firm, there is little change of it slipping; perhaps after a few years they may start loosening but that remains to be seen. The screens are large, bright, and crisp. While 4K might be better for photo/video editing, these are perfect for normal business use and CAD work as I intend to use them. I bought a separate single 4K monitor for photo work. Out of the box the color/contrast closely match my Surface (at default settings); I did bump the monitor brightness up from the default 80% to 100% for a perfect match. I found a 17.3" Monitor Sleeve from CaseDeer that fits like a bespoke case. The monitor in the sleeve and my Surface drops perfectly into the laptop compartment of my TUMI fold-top backpack.

I’ve been using these foldable monitors for a few weeks now, and they’ve completely transformed the way I work while traveling. Setup is super easy—just plug them in, and suddenly my laptop becomes a triple-screen powerhouse. The build quality is solid, the picture is clear, and they fold up neatly when not in use, which is perfect for someone constantly on the move. As a video editor, the InnoView 18.5" Laptop Screen Extender has been a game-changer for my workflow! The large, crisp display gives me the extra screen real estate I need for timeline editing, color grading, and previewing footage. I often work remotely in cramped spaces, and the 18.5 is a perfect size- It will fit on a small table with my laptop, and it still fits in a standard backpack. I almost got the 23”, but as cool as I sure it is, it would have been too big more my needs. I was slightly hesitant on the 1080p resolution, wanting 4k- however, it delivers sharp visuals, and the color right out of the box is great, especially for a monitor under $500. The easy plug-and-play setup means I can take it anywhere without hassle. I would recommend getting a 100watt power brick for it, IF you want it to power your laptop too. It’s lightweight but sturdy, the hinges on the screen are very stiff (in a good way) so you don’t have to worry about it flopping over. I’m working on a n M2 MacBook Pro, and you do have to do a very simple driver install if you want to use the A/B screen option, but its easy to do. If you’re a content creator or editor looking for an affordable and efficient way to boost productivity on the go, this is a fantastic investment! Absolutely worth every penny!

Wow, what a nice dual-screen (dual-panel) monitor!! It has two 4K high-quality screens separated by about an inch of bezels. You can place the entire monitor "vertically" with the two screens in landscape orientation and stacked top and bottom for a total resolution of 3840w by 4320h, see my photo below and the product photos; or "horizontally" with them in portrait orientation side-by-side for a max resolution of 4320w by 3840h. In my photo this dual 4K monitor is on the left; the right unit is an older InnoView dual 18.5" 1080p monitor, same brand. At the native (dual) 4K resolution the text will likely be tiny, so I set my Mac to display at 2560 by 2880 in what InnoView calls "splice" mode, i.e., the two panels are detected as one single display by my Mac. The two other modes are mirror (the two panels display the exact same screen from your computer) and extended, whereby the two panels show independent screens. There's a legal paper sheet with instructions that try to explain all these, but I can't say they're well written or easily comprehensible by the average user! Luckily, at least if you work with Macs, the setup is pretty simple. Just remember the top button on the right side when in landscape orientation, is used to turn the "splice mode" (confusingly, called fill mode on the monitor itself) on or off. In my photo, splice mode is on, so the two panels are treated as a single display screen by my Mac. One deficiency with the 23.8" InnoView model is it only goes up to 60Hz in refresh rate, whereas my older dual 18.5" model can go up to 100Hz which is what I use. One more minor thing is this "portable" monitor does not have a battery inside so you'll need to power it from the included adapter or from a powered C port on your computer. Overall, this is an excellent display for those needing tons of real estate space on their computer display! I don't play games so the 60Hz refresh rate is fine by me, and I'm quite happy with the screen quality, brightness, and size. It can be driven through a C port, HDMI, or DP.

Excellent, looked at the 4K (60hz) version but my laptop is 2k 180 hz and so it this 2k (180hz) version so works better. I use as main monitors (thunderbolt cable automatically splits into two seperate monitors. It can act as one long monitor and is actually good for video time line editing. Big but fits in most normal suit cases just wrap towel around in in the middle of the case fine. I live abroad 2-3 months here and there and this with my laptop / earphones is home from home no change. Delivery was 8 days to Australia. Also well made, solid metal and robust.

Ultra thin design, good picture quality (first time i see this on a portable monitor). Its also a good size screen total and super lightweight. Incredible product and happy with purchase.

Loving this monitor. Tho manufacturer goes out of their way to explain the monitor stand. It's simple and works great and it's made of metal. Thr picture is awesome. I didn't use the built-in speakers I have my PC hooked into a sound bar.

Be careful what you buying as their listings are terrible and contradict themselves. It says 100hz in the listing, 200hz on the image. You have no clue what you are buying! The pros. The monitor appears to be well made and comes with lots of different cables. The screen quality is very good. Cons: Not sent what I was sold. It was advertised as 2560 x 1600 16:10 100hz but I have received 2160 x 1440 16:9 200hz. Went onto Amazon support, no way to contact Innoview there, just do a refund so I will have no monitor that I need for work and now have to mess about doing the return. No way to contact Innoview on their own website as their cloudflare turnstile captcha protection is unable to connect to their own website. From the listing: Featuring a 2560*1600 QHD ultra-clear display and 16:10 No it is 2560 x 1440 and 16:9. I specifically wanted 16:10 for work and had been checking every listing to try and ensure I got that. They all contradict themselves but I thought it saying in the about product section and the reviews all saying 1600 meant that I would get that version. Also my laptop has a thunderbolt 4 USB C port which should power it, it does not. Their own provided brick should power it. It does not. I have an Anker plug I got to charge my laptop so I had to use that. Very disappointed as had to wait for this to come from the US and thought I had done my research as the reviews were saying it was 16:10. The placement of the ports is a bit weird as well as they stick out. would be better being tucked away. Ultimately for a company selling monitors and using Amazon as their own channel to do this they should have their listings correct. I would still like what I had ordered but cannot risk ordering again as I have no idea what I will get as there is no one to speak to, to verify what they will send.

Since the pandemic there has been a major shift of office work to partly working from home. This also meant that sometimes I have to take my work somewhere other than my home office. Having this monitor drastically improved my work efficiency. The monitor is very bright and the resolution is very sharp. As advertised it has the ability to splice the screen if you are a programmer to view long pieces of code. The build quality is really solid where one might have concerns. It has a strong built-in kickstand to prop up both monitors. The hinges are not flimsy at all and there is no wobble for the second monitor on top! Since this is an 18.5” monitor it is actually large enough to practically mount it as part of your desktop suite. As you can see from my pictures that the design has included standard VESA holes that you can make this mountable. Overall a very solid product and would highly recommend

Monitor started off great. All functions worked and could use it as 3 separate screens. Within 3 months the 3 screen function stopped working which was the main feature I was looking forward to using. Support was useless.. told me i was incorrectly using the cables; I was not. I fully detailed how i was connecting it, and asked for next steps then never heard back. 2 months later, now the bottom half of the screen sometimes doesn't turn on at all. Would strongly recommend against this product as support is useless and it was a waste of my money :(
