1 month review the caretaker review
i’ve now had the Nortiv 8 Men's Waterproof Hiking Boots for a full month, and I can confidently say they have exceeded my expectations. Over the past 30 days, I’ve tested them both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions, including sub-zero temperatures (around -5°C), rain, sun, and cold weather, and they’ve handled everything exceptionally well.ComfortFirst off, these boots are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I had no issues with break-in time, which is a huge plus. The cushioning inside is just the right balance—not too soft, but still supportive enough for long hours of walking. I wore them for several long indoor walks and outdoor treks with no discomfort or irritation. The mid-cut design provides just enough ankle support, while still allowing for good mobility.WarmthOne of the main reasons I chose these boots was for their ability to keep my feet warm in colder weather. And they definitely deliver. Even in temperatures as low as -5°C, my feet stayed comfortably warm and dry. The waterproof lining ensures that snow and slush don’t seep in, which is crucial during cold weather hikes. The insulation isn’t too heavy, though, so I imagine these will be fine for moderate temperatures as well. They strike a great balance between warmth and breathability.Weather ResistanceThe waterproofing has been stellar. I wore them through rainy days, trudging through puddles and wet grass, and my feet stayed dry the entire time. The boots performed just as well in the snow, where the tread gave me excellent grip and traction. The boots have a rugged, slip-resistant outsole that works well on slick surfaces, offering great confidence even when navigating wet or icy patches.DurabilityAfter a month of regular use in a variety of environments, they show minimal signs of wear. The upper material still looks great—no fraying or tears—and the rubber sole has maintained its structure, showing no signs of softening or losing traction. The stitching is solid, and I haven’t experienced any issues with the waterproof membrane.VersatilityI’ve used these boots for hiking, walking, and even casual outings. They’re versatile enough to handle trails, city streets, and even some light climbing. Plus, their stylish design doesn’t scream “hiking boot,” so they look good even off the trail.ConclusionThe Nortiv 8 Men's Waterproof Hiking Boots have really impressed me after a month of wear. Whether it’s enduring cold, wet, or sunny conditions, these boots are comfortable, functional, and durable. If you’re looking for a boot that can handle a variety of environments while keeping your feet warm, dry, and supported, I highly recommend these. They’ve definitely earned a permanent place in my outdoor gear collection.buy them i paied 37 they pop up for 33 from time to time

Look and feel good
This isn’t a longevity review on the boots. This is a first impression straight out the box.The boots look smart and look ok made. You can see the odd bit of glue here and there where the sole is attached but this is normal around at this price point.Out the box is comfortable. Good padding and good insole. They look durable, but that’s all I can say about that I just hope the are as good they look on longevity side of things.I bought the for walking the dog in the autumn. At this price for boots they are all pretty much the same. That being said these stand out for me as they are more comfortable than others I have tried. If they don’t perform like advertised I’ll let you know in a few months. If I don’t edit this then then are as advertised.

Cracking boots
2nd time I've bought these boots and I think they are brilliant for the price.I walk 10~15 miles a day with my Husky which means I cover a good few thousand miles every year and these boots never miss a beat. In thus my review I have posted up a couple of pictures from my first [ black ] pair I bought, these boots did around 350 miles every month for two years and the only " bad " thing about them as far as wear and tear goes is viewable in the photos ... of which I repaired myself with really strong 2 part epoxy glue and a strip of leather as it seemed pointless to bin a perfectly usable pair of boots because of a tiny split . Again I walked thousands of miles in these boots with a good aftermarket arch support insole and they are a delight to walk in.First pair lasted 2 years. To the manufacturer NOTIV8 .... please look at my pictures and try to address the issues I have taken time out to show you clearly and concisely and you will have a total winner on your hands.I personall Highly recommend these boots and have no affiliation with the manufacturer whom I will gladly send back my boots should you want to anylize and further develop your product.Easy x

Comfortable, rugged and ready for all terrain!
I picked up the NORTIV 8 hiking boots for a recent trip to the Lake District and I’ve been incredibly impressed. From first wear, they’ve been solid performers — combining comfort, waterproofing, and great grip at a price point that’s hard to beat.Out of the box, they look smart and tough. The construction is clearly high quality, with reinforced stitching, solid metal eyelets and a durable outsole that doesn’t feel like it’s going to wear down quickly. I went for my normal size (UK 10) and the fit was spot on — roomy enough for thicker hiking socks, but still snug enough to give proper support.Comfort is excellent — there’s good ankle support without being restrictive, and the cushioned insole and tongue make long walks much easier on the feet. I’ve done multiple 10–15km hikes across mixed terrain (stone, mud, steep inclines), and they’ve kept my feet stable and blister-free.Waterproofing is also fantastic. I’ve waded through puddles, walked in heavy rain, and crossed shallow streams, and not once have my socks ended up wet. The upper dries relatively quickly too, and doesn’t stay soggy for days like some heavier boots. The sole provides excellent grip — deep lugs that bite into soft ground without clogging up too easily. I’ve had no slips even on wet rocks or muddy tracks, which is exactly what you want from a hiking boot. The only thing I’d mention is that they’re a bit heavier than lightweight trail runners — but the added weight brings durability and protection, so it’s a fair trade-off.In short, these NORTIV 8 boots are brilliant for weekend walkers, serious hikers, or just anyone who needs a tough, waterproof boot for outdoor work or leisure. I’ll definitely be buying another pair when these eventually wear out.

Comfy but not durable.
Really comfortable and fit well, unfortunately splitting down the sides very badly. Not much life left in them.

Rugged and fashionable
This is a very powerful design. I feel so safe and yet fashionable each time I wear this. Some of my friends have now bought this since seeing them on my feet. It is a universal shoe that I wear to any and everywhere. Very good quality and durable.Rugged and beautiful 😍

Not recommended
Interested in a wide fit, on receipt my initial thoughts were positive & that these are very comfortable.Having had them for 3 months, wearing them 3 or 4 times a week for suburban walks (ie. not mountaineering!) I am disappointed that the seams are already coming apart, particularly around the toe caps. The side panels just above the soles are perishing and despite being marketed & labelled as such they are not waterproof. The soles themselves show little sign of wear, but the upper now looks very tired & worn.I guess it's the old adage of getting what you pay for. Even so, I feel 3 months is a poor lifespan.

A must buy product
At first I was bit sceptical about purchasing looking onto the limited reviews however I liked the shoes design and details. I must say you will not be disappointed with the quality, design and comfort. A very good pair of shoes and I highly recommend it. I have seen both the brown and black variant (Initially I ordered the brown pair but returned), and I went with the black one which looks even better in every terms compared to the other. Thank you NortiV8.

Matige pasvorm
Stijf materiaal. Sluit daardoor minder goed aan om voet.

Super Wanderstiefel
Passen super und sind bequem. Zusätzlich immer mal imprägnieren und sie halten auch bei Regenwetter die Füße trocken.
