Consumer Cables High Definition RCA Component A/V Cable for Sony Playstation 2 and PlayStation 3

Cable itself works flawlessly for the 2 weeks I've had it so far. The header/connector for connecting to the PS2 fits snugly, much more than the stock AV cable, but not too tight where its impossible to insert or remove. Build quality is very nice, except the shielding for the main cable portion separated from the plastic piece for where it breaks off into component connections. This is because the connection is sparsely glued. This probably can be fixed with some super glue. I certainly need to let it wear little more before I can compare it to the lifespan of the stock AV cable that comes with PS2 consoles. One nice part about the cable is its lack of branding, which makes it look sleek and "professional."Yes, certainly make sure the PS2 is set to component video out of Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr, not RGB. The cable is a bit under 6 feet long. It would be nice if the seller provided verbose cable length in the product description for potential buyers.

These cables do their job and deliver a much better picture over what you would get from composite. However, the male end that goes into your PS2 has the notorious "death grip" that is associated with cheaper knock-offs, so I would be very careful with how often you plug/unplug these cables- you can definitely cause some damage to the video port of your PS2 if not gentle.

I was having trouble playing my playstation 1 and 2 on my vizio smart tv. Very clear picture however the playstation 1 games will not play at all because of the tv. even though I am using the playstation 2 game counsel .The cables are very good quality and I would recommend them

it works but outer casing of the cables feels cheap but as long as you use them as intended and dont man handle them too much i think it should be fine.

I order this cable for my PS3, since my TVs HDMI port wasnt working. Does the job. Image and audio is great. Works as describe, great price and fast shipping.

It was shipped inside a plastic bag in a unpadded plastic shipping bag. That should've given me a clue that it might've been damaged in the shipping but I thought it'd be fine. I was wrong. Hooked it up to my PS2 to have a buzzing and popping noise start up and the picture color was way off. Tried unhooking it and putting it back to no change. Wasted money but at least it was refunded.

it works amazing it gives good video and audio like expected, it was a little hard to fit the ps2 end in but just a little force will do it, otherwise everything is great and no complaints

Picture and audio quality are damn near flawless. These cables seem to be well shielded and carry the signal with no interference or color / sharpness lost. Great product!

Cable not shielded so lots of interference on PS2 slim.

Works exactly as you would expect. Very happy & no problems at all; after a few months use.
